Grievance Mechanism
How to raise a query or complaint about our services, and how it escalates if you're not satisfied with the response — from our Research Analyst, to SEBI, to online dispute resolution.
What Counts as a Grievance
Queries or complaints can come from a simple lack of understanding, or from a real deficiency in the service you received. A deficiency usually looks like: not enough explanation, unclear clarifications, or a gap in what was delivered versus what was expected — whether that's down to limited facilities on our end, or how our staff handled the interaction.
How to Raise & Escalate a Grievance
Contact the Research Analyst directly
Reach out with your query or complaint. This is always the first and fastest step.
Not satisfied? Lodge it with SEBI SCORES
File your grievance on SEBI's centralized complaints portal, or write directly to any SEBI office. SCORES is also available as a mobile app.
Still unresolved? Use the ODR Portal
The common Online Dispute Resolution Portal handles conciliation and online arbitration for securities market disputes, under SEBI circular SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023.
