Every investor should be able to invest in the right investment products based on their needs, manage and monitor them to meet their goals, access reports, and enjoy financial wellness.
Business We Transact With Investors
- Publish research reports based on the RA's own research activities.
- Provide an independent, unbiased view on securities.
- Offer unbiased recommendations, disclosing any financial interest in recommended securities.
- Base research recommendations on analysis of publicly available information and known observations.
- Conduct an audit every year.
- Ensure every advertisement adheres to the Advertisement Code for Research Analysts.
- Keep records of interactions with all clients, including prospective clients, wherever research services were discussed.

Onboarding
- Share the terms and conditions of research services upfront.
- Complete KYC for fee-paying clients.
Disclosure to clients
- Disclose what's material to an informed decision — business activity, disciplinary history, service terms, associates, risks, and any conflicts of interest.
- Disclose how much Artificial Intelligence is used in producing research.
- When distributing third-party research, disclose that provider's conflicts of interest, or point to their published disclosures.
- Disclose any conflict between research services and the RA's other activities.
Ongoing commitments
- Distribute reports and recommendations without discrimination.
- Keep a report confidential until it's published in the public domain.
- Respect data privacy and guard against unauthorized use of client information.
- Disclose service timelines, and stick to them.
- Add clear guidance and caution when recommending complex or high-risk products.
- Treat every client with honesty and integrity.
- Keep client information confidential unless the law requires disclosure or the client consents.
Grievance Redressal — How It Escalates
Raise it with the Research Analyst directly
Approach the concerned RA. The grievance is addressed as quickly as possible.

SCORES 2.0 is SEBI's centralized, web-based grievance system: scores.sebi.gov.in. Every complaint gets a two-level review — first by the Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB), then by SEBI. You can also email the designated RAASB address directly.

Rights of Investors
What We Ask of You
- Always deal with a SEBI-registered Research Analyst.
- Check that the RA holds a valid registration certificate.
- Verify the SEBI registration number on SEBI's website.
- Read the disclosures in a research report before investing.
- Pay your RA only through banking channels, and keep signed receipts. Fee-paying clients may use RAASB's CeFCoM where it's offered.
- Check the RA's recommendation before buying, selling, or applying in a public offer.
- Ask questions and clear doubts before acting on a recommendation.
- Seek clarification on complex or high-risk product recommendations.
- Remember you can stop using an RA's services per your agreed terms.
- Remember you can give feedback on the service you received.
- Remember no clause that contravenes regulation can bind you.
- Inform SEBI if an RA offers assured or guaranteed returns.
- Don't hand over investment funds to the Research Analyst.
- Don't fall for luring advertisements or market rumors.
- Don't get drawn in by limited-period discounts, incentives, or gifts.
- Never share login credentials for your trading, demat, or bank accounts.
